Legal Reprieve for D&O Insurers (Jun ’25)

In an Assured Report we argued that legal changes to corporate laws in DE, TX, and NV will make it more difficult and costly to sue corporations and their D&O. Meanwhile, the new Chairman of the SEC will preside over an agency with some 17% fewer FTE than a short time ago, and with history as a commissioner during the SEC’s most restrained period of this century (2002-2008).
